§1 shipping costs


The stated shipping costs in the Melon® Store are only Intended for orientation. If it is possible to combine ordered products, the shipping costs stated too high will be remitted .


§2 delivery

The delivery will be done usually by DHL. The delivery time to countries of European Union will be in average 3 -5 working days, to countries out of the EU, depending on the respective destination, about 3 - 8 working days. For deliveries in countries with customs clearance this time should be planned in addition.


§3 order process and contract


Only legally competent persons can order with us. After ordering online you will receive an order confirmation.


§4 payment term and delay


If the goods are not paid for by credit card , PayPal or Sofortüberweisung.de, but on invoice, the purchase price has to be paid within 10 days after delivery. Default interest shall be added with the amount of 8 cent per annum above the base rate. The right to claim higher damages is reserved.


§5 Right of revocation

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@melon-helmets.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that all costs incurred must be covered by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

§6 Reservation of title

All delivered goods remain our property until their complete payment.

§7 Data Protection

To process your order, we store your address and order-related data. We undertake course to a comprehensive protection of your personal data under the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act . Use of personal data Personal data will only be collected by us and only to the extent, as you provide us in an agreement. In particular, we use this personal data for purposes of advertising / market research and design of our services, but only if you have expressly given us your consent. You always have a right of withdrawal in terms of members consent. An indication of the processing purposes is carried out at the appropriate points of our web sites and is not subject to subsequent changes. We transfer your data to third parties without your consent only if we are legally obliged to do. Newsletter If you want to subscribe to our newsletter, we need in addition to your e-mail address to confirm that you are the owner of the email address and agree to receive the newsletter. These data are collected for the sole purpose of being able to send you the newsletter and to document our authorization. We will not transfer the data to third parties. You can revoke the order of the newsletter and your consent to the storage of e-mail address at any time.

§8 Purview

The closed supply agreements with us are subject to German law in all cases. As far as both parties are registered traders, the District Court in Essen is the choice of jurisdiction.
